Inbound Sales Executive (Eco Gifting) - ?3.5 LPA

Role Summary

Own the incoming lead desk for bioQ. Answer client enquiries fast, qualify needs, share quotations, coordinate samples, and close small-mid orders. Re-engage warm leads from our past enquiries and reseller network. Keep CRM and WhatsApp threads clean and traceable.

What You'll Deliver (Key Outcomes)

Fast first response:

<15 minutes during working hours for all new enquiries.

Qualified pipeline:

100% leads tagged and progressed in CRM/Sheets within 24 hours.

Follow-up discipline:

Minimum 3 quality touches per open lead per week until closure.

Revenue from warm leads:

Monthly target for reactivated/dormant enquiries.

Clean handoff:

Confirmed orders ? ops/production with complete specs, PO, and TAT.
Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact on phone, email and WhatsApp Business for all inbound leads. Understand client requirements (budget, qty, timeline, branding). Suggest best-fit SKUs. Prepare and send quotations/proformas; align on timelines, customization and packaging. Book and track samples; coordinate with design/production for artwork approvals. Maintain lead status, notes, and next actions in CRM/Google Sheets; no orphaned leads. Re-engage past enquiries and lost deals with updated offers/new launches. Coordinate dispatch updates with ops; share tracking and after-sales support. Keep catalogue/price sheets handy and updated; share only approved material. Escalate red flags early (tight timelines, special customization, bulk discounts). Uphold bioQ's NDA/confidentiality norms in every client interaction.
Must-Have Skills

1-3 years in inside/inbound sales, client servicing, or CSR for B2B products/services. Clear spoken Hindi & English; strong written email/WhatsApp etiquette. Process discipline: notes, statuses, and files always up to date. Comfortable explaining customization (printing, laser, stickers) and basic packaging. Calm, polite, and persistent on calls.
Good-to-Have

Corporate gifting or print/customization background. Experience with HubSpot/Zoho (or diligent Google Sheets CRM use). Canva basics for quick mockups; comfort with Google Workspace.
Tools You'll Use

Google Workspace (Gmail/Sheets/Drive), WhatsApp Business, phone dialer, TeleCRM, Canva (basic).

Compensation & Terms

CTC:

?3.5 LPA (fixed); performance incentives can be added based on targets.

Probation:

60 days with structured reviews.

Notice period:

15 days (post-probation).

Compliance:

Sign bioQ NDA on Day 1; follow data-handling SOPs.
