Catalyst Education is looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Inbound Sales Head
to lead and scale our inbound sales operations at the Kozhikode branch. The role involves managing high-volume inbound leads, driving conversions, mentoring the sales team, and achieving revenue targets through structured processes and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
inbound sales team
handling walk-ins, calls, website, and campaign-generated leads
Develop and execute
lead conversion strategies
to maximize enrolments
Monitor daily lead flow, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
Set
sales targets
, track performance, and ensure team productivity
Train, mentor, and motivate counsellors/executives to improve closing skills
Coordinate with
Marketing
for lead quality and campaign performance
Maintain accurate sales data, MIS reports, and pipeline forecasts
Handle
high-value prospects and escalations
when required
Ensure excellent
student/parent experience
during the counselling process
Implement CRM best practices and improve inbound sales processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
Inbound Sales / Inside Sales leadership
Strong background in
EdTech / Education / Training institute sales
(preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
Ability to work with
targets, KPIs, and dashboards
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools and lead management systems
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Experience
3-6 years
of total sales experience
Minimum
2-3 years
in a
Sales Head / Team Lead / Manager
role (Inbound preferred)
