Inbound Sales Executive

to join our team in Chennai. The role involves handling inbound leads, understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and respond to inbound leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Convert inbound queries into qualified sales opportunities. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular reports.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3 - 6 years of proven experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
