About the Role


We're hiring a tech-savvy

Inbound Sales Executive

to handle incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website, social media, phone, and walk-ins. You'll consult customers on PC/workstation/server needs, prepare quotations, and drive conversions with fast follow-ups and CRM discipline.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to new leads within 15 minutes Understand customer needs (e.g. VFX, AI, CAD, gaming) Recommend hardware solutions or custom builds Prepare and send quotations Follow up until conversion Log all activity in CRM (Zoho / HubSpot / Bigin) Ensure a premium customer experience

Requirements



1-3 years in tech/IT sales Strong communication in English & Malayalam Basic PC hardware knowledge (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, etc.) CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel proficiency Target-driven, detail-oriented, and fast responder

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
