We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth for our software services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion: Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities, ensuring a high conversion rate.
2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
3. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of GIS Axiom's software services, features, and benefits.
5. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
6. Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in the software services industry.
2. Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong product knowledge and presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
