Role Overview

We are looking for an

Inbound Sales Consultant

who can convert qualified leads into customers by understanding their technical needs and recommending the right computing solutions. This role blends

customer interaction, solution selling, and CRM discipline

to deliver a premium buying experience.

What You'll Do

Attend to

all inbound enquiries within 15 minutes

across calls, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins. Understand the customer's

profession, workload, and performance needs

(AI, VFX, CAD, rendering, simulations, etc.). Evaluate

budget alignment and buying intent

before moving to quotation stage. Suggest

best-fit systems

--custom builds or pre-configured models--based on use case. Work closely with the

technical/build team

for high-performance or customized requirements. Create

well-structured quotations

covering pricing, delivery timelines, warranty, and configurations using CRM templates. Clearly explain

value, performance differences, and ROI

of recommended systems. Follow up consistently and

drive closures

through structured communication. Address customer concerns related to

price, specifications, or timelines

with confidence. Track and update all activities in

CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot / Bigin)

with zero gaps. Maintain accurate

deal stages and pipeline updates

on a daily basis. Achieve

monthly revenue and conversion goals

. Coordinate payment confirmation and smooth handover to

logistics and service teams

. Support

walk-in customers

with demos and system explanations. Capture customer insights and feedback and share with

marketing and product teams

. Submit

daily and weekly performance reports

What We're Looking For

1-3 years

experience in

inside/inbound sales

, preferably in

IT hardware, electronics, or tech products

. Strong communication skills in

English & Malayalam

. Working knowledge of

computer components

(CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, motherboard basics). High level of

follow-up ownership and documentation accuracy

. Comfortable using

CRM tools

and managing multiple leads simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
