We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Associate to manage incoming leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Engage prospects, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Build strong relationships with potential customers to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Continuously follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in inbound sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to listen, identify customer needs, and present value propositions effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Industry - e.g., SaaS, Events, Technology Solutions etc.
Understanding of digital sales funnels and inbound lead conversion strategies.
