Inbound Sales and Lead Conversion Intern

, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You'll learn how to handle incoming calls, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the sales funnel -- turning inquiries into happy clients.

Responsibilities



Handle

inbound calls and messages

from potential customers. Understand customer needs Follow up on

leads

to ensure timely conversions. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions using CRM tools. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize conversion strategies. Achieve weekly and monthly conversion goals.
