Inbound Process Executive Reporting: Team Leader - Inbound Sharing the JD for Inbound process: Job Role: \xc2\xb7 Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their Queries/Request/Complains. \xc2\xb7 Raise Request & Complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool. \xc2\xb7 Generate leads and educate customers about new products & their benefits. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines \xc2\xb7 Capture problem indicators, highlight and suggest improvement \xc2\xb7 Adherence to the monthly Score card parameters including Quality, Efficiency and Accuracy \xc2\xb7 Maintain adequate knowledge levels on products, processes and systems used \xc2\xb7 Ensure sales target are met \xc2\xb7 Skills Required: o Excellent verbal communication skills o Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information o Strong customer service focus o Knowledge of Banking / Credit cards preferred Work Timings: Shifts (Starting 6.30 am), Open to work in shifts / rotational offs (For Female shift window will be 8:00 am to 8:00 pm) Languages Required: English + Hindi (compulsory).
