Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated Inbound Lead Generation specialist to join our team at EPIV SOLUTIONS. This full-time position is based in Pune and welcomes freshers with zero to one year of experience. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in generating and capturing potential business leads while gaining valuable career experience in a prominent international BPO environment.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with international clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Previous experience or familiarity with international call center operations to understand the dynamics of global customer service. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in cold calling techniques to confidently initiate and navigate conversations with potential clients and businesses.
  • Knowledge of handling and processing international voice calls to cater to diverse client needs and inquiries.
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and database tools to track and manage customer interactions and lead information efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify client requirements and offer effective solutions collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and achieve set targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and willingness to learn and grow within the international calling process industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Engage actively with incoming customer inquiries and generate leads by demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach through cold calling techniques to prospective clients and businesses for lead generation.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attentiveness in handling international calls and building rapport with clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert qualified leads and support the attainment of business objectives.
  • Record accurate and detailed information about customer interactions and leads in the CRM system for follow-up actions.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets set by management.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve service quality, communication skills, and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer expectations to improve business strategies.
