Skills & Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
Fluent in English and Hindi - both written and verbal communication is a must
Good listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ticketing or CRM software
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
