Role Overview



We are looking for dynamic professionals to handle the telephone hotline by managing incoming calls and written inquiries. The role involves routing queries to the appropriate teams, responding to basic non-technical questions about company products, and maintaining a detailed log of all hotline interactions.

Required Skills



1-4 years of experience in Customer Support. Mandatory experience in an

International Inbound Voice Process

. Comfortable working

from office (WFO)

, 5 days a week. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a

neutral accent

no MTI

.
