  • Handling Inbound Calls,
  • Understanding the client's concern and coordinating the same with various internal stakeholders including sales, product, operations,
  • Solving queries related to optimum usage of opted services with quality inputs and providing resolution within the defined TAT
  • Analyze any technical issue, or bug reported by any user, report the same to the Technical team, and follow up until its closure.
  • Achieving process SLAs and MIS report generation
  • Ensuring adherence to the defined process and accuracy levels on transactions
