Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and patient

Inbound Telecaller

to handle incoming customer calls. The role focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a satisfying experience.

No sales or target expectations

-- just a genuine desire to help callers and maintain high quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers in a polite, courteous, and professional manner. Listen to customer queries, complaints, or requests, clarify details, and provide accurate information. Resolve simple issues over the phone, or escalate to relevant team/department when needed. Document each call properly: log call details, actions taken, any follow?ups required. Follow company protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling calls. Maintain composure, empathy, patience, especially when dealing with upset or frustrated customers. Stay updated about company services / products / policies in order to give accurate information. Collaborate with other teams (technical support / operations / management) to ensure customer issues are addressed. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring calls are handled efficiently and helpfully.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate in any discipline is a plus. Good spoken communication skills in

English

and

Hindi

; clarity of speech is essential. Good listening skills; ability to understand and clarify customer issues. Pleasant phone manners: friendly, patient, calm. Basic computer skills: ability to use a computer, type / enter data in a system or CRM. Ability to follow instructions, company procedures, and maintain quality in work. Reliability, punctuality, ability to be consistent in attendance and performance.
Preferred / Nice?to?Have

Prior experience in customer support / call centre / inbound call handling (even internships or short?term) is a plus. Multilingual ability of Hindi+ English could be helpful. Familiarity with customer service tools / CRM software.
Work Hours & Environment

Office location in Coimbatore. Training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits
