Job Description

Handle inbound calls

from customers interested in credit cards and respond promptly with accurate product information.

Understand customer needs

and recommend suitable credit card options based on eligibility and usage patterns.

Convert inbound enquiries into applications

by guiding customers through benefits, documentation and application steps.

Verify customer eligibility & documents

to ensure high-quality submissions and reduce rejection rates.

Maintain call logs and lead status

in CRM with 100% accuracy and daily reporting.

Achieve monthly conversion targets

while ensuring compliance, zero mis-selling and high customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
