Inbound Chat Support Executives
to handle customer queries via chat. The role involves resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through written communication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries through chat support in a professional and timely manner
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions as per process guidelines
Maintain proper documentation of chats and customer interactions
Follow quality, productivity, and compliance standards
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum
6 months to 2 years
of experience in chat support / customer support (preferred)
Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
Comfortable working in
2 rotational shifts (8 hours)
Must have
own laptop or desktop
Stable high-speed internet connection
is mandatory
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support / Chat Process
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
