We are looking for an experienced Inbound Caller to manage incoming calls from UK clients. The role involves addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from UK customers professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve queries efficiently.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when needed.
Prepare daily call reports and maintain call logs.
Follow company policies and client-specific guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in inbound calling/customer support.
Excellent English communication skills (UK accent preferred).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
