Job Description

The Inbound Call Handler is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities



Answer incoming customer calls professionally and politely Understand customer needs and provide accurate information Resolve customer issues or complaints by following company guidelines Transfer calls to the relevant department when required Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system Follow communication scripts and company policies Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets Provide excellent customer service to improve customer satisfaction

Skills Required



Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages) Basic computer knowledge (typing, data entry) Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally Active listening and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn
