Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously
Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status
Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Document customer interactions in our system
Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer experiences
Qualifications:
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving ability and patience under pressure
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
