We are looking for a dedicated Inbound Call Centre Executive to manage incoming calls,resolve customer queries, and provide exceptional support on behalf of the company. Theideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, anda customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound customer calls and address their queries efficiently.
? Provide accurate information regarding products/services, policies, and procedures.
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns professionally.
? Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.? Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
? Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
? Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while dealing with customers.
Requirements:
? Education: Minimum graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
? Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar inbound process role (freshers withgood communication skills).
? Skills:o Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.o Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.o Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.o Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
