Job Title: Inbound Call Agent - BeastDrive

Responsibilities:

Handle

incoming customer calls

promptly and professionally. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about BeastDrive services. Assist customers with inquiries, booking details, pricing, and service-related questions.

Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed ticket sales

through effective communication. Maintain detailed call logs, customer information, and follow-up records. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet daily/weekly conversion targets.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to remain patient, calm, and solution-oriented during customer interactions. Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM or call-handling tools.

Proficiency in at least one South Indian language is important:

Malayalam Tamil Telugu Kannada Previous experience in inbound calling or customer support is a plus.

Pay: ?5,815.34 - ?25,455.89 per month
