We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify potential leaders, and support the sales process. The Sales Calls Executive plays a key role in shaping the customer's first impression and guiding them through our service offerings to ensure high lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
? Receive and respond to incoming sales calls professionally and promptly.
? Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions effectively.
? Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route high-potential leads to the appropriate sales channels.
? Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead progress in CRM software.
? Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or in-person meetings as necessary.
? Support the sales team by preparing call summaries and client briefs.
? Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
? Handle initial objections and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree:
? Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
? 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales roles.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a high-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
? Experience in real estate, coworking, managing office services, or B2B sales.
? Multilingual abilities (optional, based on market requirements).
