Information & Technology Co-ordination & Governance Functions Working as In-house SAP functional consultant for Enterprise- IT Solutions related to Business Processes Working in international environment /team to support Business Processes, integration related Global/ Regional Projects incl. Requirement Analyze, Functional Solution Design, Support and testing, daily Support Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science / MCA / Any other relevant degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills / Exposure as below: a very good understanding of business processes in the manufacturing / logistics and supply chain area with integration to SAP enterprise applications and overall system architecture 5+ years\' Project management experience in leading small to medium projects, end to end Analytical and problem solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks Ability to communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization as well as manage expectations of business customers with regards to IT Operations Good understanding of performance metrics (KPI\'s, SLA\'s, OLA\'s) and business needs Ability to network and leverage a globally dispersed Central team for bringing solutions to customers in the IT Operations space
