• Information & Technology Co-ordination & Governance Functions
• Working as In-house SAP functional consultant for Enterprise- IT Solutions related to Business Processes;
• Working in international environment /team to support Business Processes, integration related Global/ Regional Projects incl. Requirement Analyze, Functional Solution Design, Support and testing, daily Support

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science / MCA / Any other relevant degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills / Exposure as below:

• a very good understanding of business processes in the manufacturing / logistics and supply chain area with integration to SAP enterprise applications and overall system architecture
• 5+ years\' Project management experience in leading small to medium projects, end to end
• Analytical and problem solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization as well as manage expectations of business customers with regards to IT Operations
• Good understanding of performance metrics (KPI\'s, SLA\'s, OLA\'s) and business needs
• Ability to network and leverage a globally dispersed Central team for bringing solutions to customers in the IT Operations space
