• Responsible for the complete SW Project from requirements to delivery
• Prepare SW Project Estimation, Costing and Project Planning by aligning with Customer, development teams, vendors
• Handling a SW development & testing team of size 10 \xe2\x80\x93 15
• Technically drive the Project towards milestone deliveries
• Responsible for capacity planning, competence buildup of the team
• Perform QA activities as required for project success and meeting Quality targets
• Support for the acquisition of projects
• Stake Holder Management: Project Status reporting, Customer satisfaction, Vendor engagement, Team handling etc
• Status reporting for customer reviews and management reviews
• Identify and Implement productivity improvement measures
• Should Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation
• Knowledge & desired skills required
• Hands on experience in Automotive SW Project Management.
• Strong Technical knowledge on Embedded Security concepts.
• Experience in Inter ECU Communication, Diagnostic, Bootloader topics.
• Knowledge PEP process (Quality Gates), ASPICE, ISO21434 - Cyber security.
• Good knowledge in usage of Project Management Tools for SDLC.
• Experience in working with Matrix Teams.
• Highly initiative with a passion to learn & understand new topics.
• Should be proactive & able to work independently.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

B.E/B.Tech, M.E/ M.Tech in Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics, Electrical, Instrumentation
