& Summary: The role will be to work in the Capital Markets Advisory team of PWC and get involved in doing the diagnostic study of potential IPO aspirants. In some cases, the companies may also go in for private funding, but the preparation is the same. The candidate will also be part of the project management team to work on behalf of the client in managing the IPO timetable. Besides managing the investor relations post IPO and helping the company maximizing its market cap will be an important milestone of the role. Team management experience even if it is a small team would be an added advantage.

You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation's value.
Responsibilities:
Analyse financial statements and ratios Craft investor presentations Write press releases and other financial material like MD&A Data mining from multiple sources (research reports, databases, exchange websites, company websites etc.) Preparation of shareholding and stock movement reports Track, analyse and summarise research notes on the client and the peers Facilitating connects between the client and the targeted investors/sell-side analysts Provide insights to the management regarding investor/analyst feedback, perception and competitive intelligence
