You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Responsibilities:

• Lead Discovery session with client for each domain specific integration o Deliver requirements and design documents to developers o Ensures timelines and quality of integration is met o Engages with 3rd party vendors as required o Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals o Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives o Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary o Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience

*Mandatory skill sets o Good to have Certification in Workday Integration /HCM or finance and other specialized modules
*Preferred skill sets o Workday Integration *
Years of experience required o Should have relevant experience of 3+ years as workday exp in any of the enterprise solutions in ERP / CRM and HRMS space o Should have more than overall 3+ years of experience of working in such large project implementation/support projects
*Education Qualification o BE/BTech /MBA o Desirable: workday certification . "
