& Summary:
The Cloud Operations and System Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of cloud-based systems and OnPremise infrastructure (Physical and Virtual). This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of cloud services and Onpremise data centre hosted devices and works closely with other IT teams to support business objectives
Responsibilities:

• L2 Server Operating System administration Windows, Linux
• Experienced with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience on cloud services and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offerings
• Ability to configure and manage virtual networks in cloud environments
• Experienced on VMware virtualization (vSphere, vSAN, NSX).
• Experience with Cloud security and security compliance
• Good knowledge on Network protocols, Firewall rules, Cyber Security etc.
• Vulnerability management and remediation
• Commvault Backup solution
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager
• Good understanding with technology infrastructure and operations
• Basic experience with data center environments, Server, Storage & Backup, network, system management
• MS Active Directory, AD Policy, DNS etc.
• General knowledge and experience in technical IT and Information Security
• Ticketing tool - Service Now Ticketing tool

Familiar with ITIL processes - incident, change management, configuration management, problem management, etc
Mandatory skill sets:
System Admin, windows, linux, azure devops,Strong understanding of Change Management and process driven Admin (e.g. ITILv4).
Worked with the problem management team to resolve reoccurring issues
