Responsibilities

• o Use commercial knowledge for prompt accuracy to enhance AI accuracy o Contract review and administration

*Mandatory skill sets

• Experience in Legal contract review - commercial obligation and fulfilment management o Experience in Contract and Legal AI solutions is an added advantage

*Preferred skill sets

• Experience in CLM (Contract Life Cycle Management)

*Years of experience required

• Minimum 3-4 Years of Legal and Commercial Contract review o Experience in Legal Tech and AI

*Education Qualification

• o CA or MBA in Finance
