This position is to lead a team while managing some of tasks assigned to individual contributors
The incumbent has to train new and existing staff, and to carry out standardization of Credit & Collections processes at ISSC Pune’s North America Credit Team.
Drive Quality Culture - Identify and Support process improvements
Map and Define standard Reporting for the Credit & Collections Teams
Change Management - Present suggested process changes, obtain approvals and track and monitor progress and implementation

Manages a team of credit/deductions analysts leading them to achieve team goals
Understands the entire order to cash value stream and applies the knowledge to achieve results
Identifies performance gaps, their reasons and bridges the gaps
Coaches/counsels/mentors staff to deliver exceptional results
Makes work allocation decisions
Identifies patterns and gets to the root of issues causing delinquencies and leads resolution of identified issues to improve customer experience and ultimately department past due metrics
Conceptualizes and participates in process improvement projects
Communicates effectively with external and internal stakeholders
Anticipates and converts unmet customer needs into GFSS, Pune business opportunities
Documents new and existing processes. Updates documents as soon as improvements are made.
Markets, trains, counsels, advises, and communicates credit department policies and procedures to company personnel
Abides by Robinson-Pattman Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Cannons of Business Credit Ethics, and Eaton Ethics and Policies at all times DIMENSIONS: Record any measurable statistics which your position impacts such as production expenses, maintenance expenses, sales volumes, payroll costs, capital expenditures, research budgets, cost of purchases, value of inventories controlled, employees supervised (direct and indirect).
