About the Role:

We're looking for a

Store Promoter

who can connect with people, spark conversations, and make customers feel excited about choosing organic. If you're someone who enjoys engaging with customers, has a flair for sales, and can build lasting client relationships, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote Zama Organics products in-store through engaging interactions and product knowledge Drive sales by explaining health, quality, and lifestyle benefits of our organic range Build trust and long-term client relationships by offering a personalized customer experience Ensure products are well-displayed, visually appealing, and available for sampling where required Maintain store hygiene and brand presentation standards Achieve sales targets while representing the Zama Organics brand with passion Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and service

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (FMCG / premium brands preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset Energetic, approachable, and passionate about health, food, and sustainability Ability to work both independently and within a team
