& Summary: A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity-based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organization. You'll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC's regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.
Our Independence Compliance team provides guidance on all areas of PwC's independence policy and the regulatory environment. As part of the team, you'll provide updates on Independence and regulatory rules and will evaluate new client opportunities based on PwC's compliance policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:

• Analyse new non-audit services for compliance with Independence rules - GIP, SEC, EU etc.
• Assess non-audit services for permissibility under applicable Independence rules to help business teams timely

(a) respond to Independence Assessments requests and
(b) submit quality AFS

• Train and coach business teams on Independence compliance matters to enable proactive and effective

• Collaborate with the wider Independence and Risk teams across lines of services and share Independence
• Best practices
• Work towards making Independence processes easy and simple to enable better and timely compliance
• Perform other specific assigned tasks in Independence and allied areas diligently.
