The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with the field sales team, following up with customers, and supporting sales closure to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and distributors
Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
Coordinate with field sales team for meetings, demos, and closures
Follow up on quotations, payments, and order confirmations
Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM / Excel
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections and provide product information
Support dealer onboarding and order processing
Prepare daily call reports and sales MIS
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate / 12th pass (preferred)
1-3 years experience in inside sales / tele sales / ISD
Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred)
Strong follow-up and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and email
Ability to work under sales targets and pressure
