Responsible for supervising and coordinating all in-room dining operations to ensure prompt, professional, and guest-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the in-room dining team.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special preferences.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and daily reports.
Requirements:
Hotel Management/Diploma preferred.
2-3 years' experience in F&B service, preferably in in-room dining.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Guest-oriented with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
