KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinate activities of machine operators and technicians on the injection molding line.

Monitor machine performance and optimize cycle times for efficiency.

Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Implement corrective actions for quality issues and maintain documentation.

Assist with mold changes, machine setups, and parameter adjustments.

Train and mentor operators on proper machine operation and safety procedures.

Assign tasks and monitor performance to maintain productivity.

Dimensional and visual Inspection of product.

Resolve in process quality rejected material.

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Identify and report quality issues and non-conformities.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

Support internal and external audits.
