Job Title: IN PROCESS QUALITY INSPECTOR

About us:
Based in Thane, Ajanta Auto Industries is part of a successful international group that has been at the forefront of manufacturing and distributing rubber products since 1970.
Our sales head office is based in UK (team of 25) with a branch office and manufacturing in Thane (India)(team of 125) and additional sales representation in the Netherlands and Poland.
For our Thane office, we are looking for a smart, energetic In Process Quality Inspector with a Diploma or BE mechanical.

Requirement:
We looking for a quality inspector with Diploma or BE mechanical degree from a reputed University with a high graduation score who can handle below responsibilities
Key Responsibilities.

? Inspection of parts dimensional & process parameters on shift basis & recorded in the daily inspection report.
? Any process deviations are observed will be coordinated with quality manager & production team for further course of action.

? Daily review of reports with quality manager & understand the product requirements.

? The non conformance report should be filled & reported to QC Manager for further actions.

? New innovative ideas to be implemented in the process for continual improvement.

? Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.

Package and Benefits:

Salary Competitive Rs.15,000-20,000/- per month. Full time working hours between 9.00 am to 5.30 pm or 10.00 pm to 6.30 am Monday to Saturday. Weekly shift change. 20 day paid holidays plus local public holidays as mandated by the factories act. Relaxed and friendly working environment that has recently refurbished to offer superb day to day facilities including rest spaces.
Is this you?
? Fresher / 1 - 3 years experience working in QC preferable.
? Graduate in Diploma or BE mechanical with high degree score
? Intermediate skills in Excel
? Be comfortable working in a busy team environment.
? Attention to detail and can remain calm under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
