1. 1. In-Process Inspection

Inspect parts during production as per control plan and work instructions Check critical dimensions, appearance and functional characteristics Record inspection results and maintain traceability

2. Defect Identification & Control

Identify, segregate and label non-conforming parts Inform supervisor and quality engineer immediately in case of abnormality Ensure no defective material moves to next process

3. Process Monitoring

Verify machine settings, first piece and changeover approvals Follow sampling frequency and inspection methods Support containment and re-inspection when required

2. Other

Maintain 5S and proper handling of measuring instruments Support layered, process and product audits Follow safety and quality rules strictly

3. Authority

Authority to stop the process if defects or abnormality is found Authority to segregate and mark rejected material

o o Authority to raise quality alerts to supervisors
