Job Roles & Responsibilities:

? Responsible for monitoring In Process operations to meet production standards.

? Monitor Testing Methodology, Tools Handling, workflow, Line SOP and Product SOP Creation, Sustainability & Line Quality Troubleshooting.

? Material Placement (incoming materials, defective, QC-passed products)

? Recommending adjustments to the assembly for smooth production.

? Responsible for monitoring the rejections for raising the quality flag. Rejection Analysis

? Staff's Handling Procedures. Checking whether the operator wears proper work clothes, shoe covers, finger cots when in contact with the PCBA and other sensitive processes.

? Environment Control- Check and confirm whether the workshop environment 5S Management

? Quality Department Related Documentation.

Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering/Diploma (Branch- Electrical/Electronics & Power).

Knowledge/Skill/Abilities:

? Strong Technical Knowledge about Electrical & Electronics Component's & Parameter

? Knowledge about PCBA, SMPS, Amplifier, Battery Inverter

? Ability to manage multiple priorities.

? Strong basic math skills

? Experience in Quality Control (i.e., quality control tests, quality control specifications, etc.) preferred

? Familiarity working with various testing tools and equipment

? Familiar with PCBA soldering welding

? System MS Office Knowledge

? Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and problem resolution skills a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
