? OP Billing Reconciliation with Finance Team
? OP feedback forms
? Call Management (Receiving, Transferring and Outgoing calls) at the Centre
? Transportation arrangements for Doctors & Staffs as instructed by Centre Manager
? OP appointment booking and follow up with patients
? OP Appointment scheduling and follow up with Doctors
Effective Coordination with other departments for smooth functioning
Key Skills :
? Bill Estimation
? Accounts Reconciliation
? Billing- Check the tentative bill and communicate to patient with a copy
? Inventory Management
? Bed Management
? Feedback Collection
? Ensure proper appoints are given to patients and no confusion created.
? Ensure no service issues are pending, complete the issue completely and in the patients immediately.
? Ensure all reports are submitted on time without any delay.
? All training organised by Hospital should be attended .
? Maintaining the optimum Inventory for stationary
? Handling the patient grievance
? To manage OPDs effectively and also to make sure the consultation rooms are available in the
allocated OPD time.
