Responsibilities
Receive all incoming materials, check quantity and quality, and update records.
Prepare goods for dispatch, pack properly, and keep outward records
Make sure daily dispatches are done on time as per the schedule.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport slips for all outgoing goods.
Keep records of materials moving in and out and share with the store team.
Coordinate with transport and courier companies to arrange timely delivery.
Inform customers about dispatch and delivery status when needed.
Check product quantity, packing, and labeling before sending goods
Give daily or weekly reports of all inward, outward, and dispatch work to the management.
Supervise helpers who do loading, unloading, packing, and support work.
Manage stock levels by regularly monitoring available materials and updating shortages or excesses to the management.
Maintain accurate stock entries in the ERP system and ensure all inward, outward, and dispatch data is correctly updated.
