Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular training programs for sales, service, and customer relationship teams. Design and implement effective training modules in line with Toyota standards. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Keep teams updated with the latest Toyota products, features, and processes. Coordinate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Business, HR, or related fields). 2+ years of experience in training, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong communication and presentation skills. Certification in training/facilitation will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Toyota processes or prior experience with a Toyota dealership is preferred.
