Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic In-House Trainer (Intern) to support the professional growth and development of our employees.
In this role, you will conduct daily training sessions on soft skills, communication, grooming, and professional etiquette, while monitoring employee progress and workplace discipline. You will also organize team-building activities, ensure employees meet their KRAs and KPIs, and report progress to management.
This is a hands-on internship offering valuable exposure to corporate learning, leadership, and organizational development -- ideal for those aspiring to build a career in corporate training or HR.
Duration: 3 months
Work Mode: On-site
Stipend: ₹5000/month + performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000
Availability: Candidates able to join at short notice will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily training sessions focused on soft skills, communication, grooming, and professional etiquette.
Design engaging training materials and development programs aligned with company objectives.
Monitor employees' adherence to training guidelines and assess performance against KRAs and KPIs.
Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one guidance to employees to improve workplace performance.
Plan and execute team-building activities to enhance collaboration, communication, and workplace morale.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance improvement areas.
Submit regular reports on employee development, engagement, and training outcomes to the company.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of corporate etiquette, soft skills, and team dynamics.
Ability to motivate and engage employees in a positive learning environment.
Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proactive, confident, and approachable demeanor that fosters a positive learning environment.
Background in HR, psychology, business management, or related field preferred.
Candidates available to join at short notice will be given preference.
Access to a personal laptop and stable internet connection is required for daily tasks.
