Job Responsibilities:

Handle in-house sales inquiries and convert leads into customers Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently present and pitch offerings Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Maintain records of sales activities and update reports regularly Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and order execution

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn and adapt quickly Confidence in engaging with customers Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills preferred
