Your Mission

We are seeking an enthusiastic

Application Engineer

with a passion for industrial technical environments, to deliver technical support, product demonstrations, and training sessions for our customers and business partners in India. You will also act as a key link between the field and our internal teams (Product, Marketing, Services, Sales), sharing insights to continuously improve our solutions and customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Guidance

Respond to user requests and provide tailored technical assistance Analyze customer needs and identify issues to deliver effective solutions Communicate clearly and appropriately depending on the audience Document and share knowledge internally to improve support processes

? Training & Demonstrations

Prepare and deliver high-quality training sessions and product demos Adapt content to the audience and ensure understanding of software features Evaluate trainee progress using appropriate validation tools Collaborate with internal experts to stay up to date with product capabilities

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

Share customer feedback and field insights with HQ teams Identify and report product issues to ensure proper resolution Contribute to the evolution of our support services and product offering

Your Profile

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience using

Metrolog X4

or an similar metrology software solution is requiered A strong customer service mindset is required Fluency in English is essential due to our international positioning and collaboration with global partners

Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of metrology and experience with technical software tools Ability to diagnose complex customer situations and provide appropriate solutions Strong communication skills, both remote and in-person, to explain technical concepts clearly Proficiency with IT tools and ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, CRM systems)

Soft Skills

Strong customer orientation, active listening, and ability to tailor your message Collaborative spirit, knowledge sharing, and a mentoring attitude toward colleagues Ability to professionally represent the company in external interactions Willingness to learn from others and share your own expertise Ability to explain concepts clearly and demonstrate pedagogical skills Analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and professional rigor Autonomy and organizational skills in a dynamic environment Ability and willingness to travel within the associated geographic area, potentially abroad.
