IMS Manager required for Steel Manufacturing Company in Odisha.
Position: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech
Experience: Min 10 Years
:
1. Ensure all activities related to IMS is within timeline.
2. Ensuring and implementation of management review meetings process inline with various management systems requirement.
3. Organizing Business Excellence Apex Council meeting on monthly basis.
4. Capability Development of people.
5. Effective Communication Skill.
6. Secure & Safeguard People.
7. Knowledge in Business Excellence Model.
8. Knowledge in Integrated Management System.
Marginal Competency :
1. Time Management
2. Continuous Improvement
3. Data Driven Decision Making
4. Risk management
5. Presentation Skill
Location: Odisha
Salary: Negotiable as per Skills & Experience.
Immediate Joining or with in 15 - 30 days preferred.
