Key Responsibilities:

Experience working within an IMS Database environment Familiarity with mainframe functional areas such as z OS Operating System Storage Databases CICS and Disaster Recovery concepts Experience in IMS V15 5 or Later upgrade with SMP E Experience in ISV products include but are not limited to CA database tools IBM database tools Sysview Omegamon and Mainview Experience in IMS Database Objects Logical Unit definitions and IMS Commands Expert in IMS configuration like SYSGEN PSBGEN Subsystem configuration Will serve as primary technical contact for the mainframe Database for one or more clients during transition

Technical Requirements:

Expertise in performing SMP E and Non SMPE Installation of ISV products Expertise in IMS V15 5 or later upgrade Mastery of IMS Database objects PSB ACB and SYSGEN process
