We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Import/Export Data Analyst & Business Development Associate to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong analytical skills to decipher complex import and export data, identify new business opportunities, and proactively reach out to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets of import and export trade data.

Market Research: Identify emerging trends, key players, and potential market gaps by analyzing trade data from various sources.

Lead Generation: Based on your data analysis, create targeted lists of companies and individuals who could be potential business partners or clients.

Contact & Outreach: Find and verify company contact details (email, phone, key personnel) and initiate contact through professional channels (e.g., email, LinkedIn, cold calling).

Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate the value proposition of our company to potential clients, with the goal of securing meetings or partnerships.

Database Management: Maintain and update contact database with accurate information and outreach progress.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on market analysis, lead generation activities, and outreach results to management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
