Job Description

Shah Brothers is into manufacturing of Single Use Assemblies & crimped hose assemblies required for the Pharma and Biotech Industry. In addition, we are into sales and distribution of a range of process consumables and equipment which are required by companies manufacturing vaccines, injectables, biopharma, cell & gene therapies.

Role & responsibilities

Identify and evaluate vendors as per company requirements Manage the end-to-end import process from order placement to delivery. Ensure materials are procured as per quality standards and specifications Maintaining MIS reports, Maintain accurate records of all import transactions. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to track shipments and ensure timely clearance. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments (procurement, warehouse, accounts) for smooth import operations. Assist with resolving shipment discrepancies, delays, or damages. Keep updated with changes in import duties, taxes, and customs procedures. If required visit custom bounded warehouse. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for shipment clearance.

Experience :

1-5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement role.

Education

:

Any Bachelors degree in any stream. Any certification of Supply Chain Management, Logistics.

Preferred candidate profile

:

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management systems. Expert in Advanced Excel in MS Excel , Advance Excel and ERP software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing / pharma / trading industry preferred.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
