Prepare quotations and proposals for clients, considering factors such as shipment size, weight, volume, and destination.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize pricing strategies and stay ahead of competition.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to pricing and service offerings.
Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-7 years of experience in Import Pricing or a related field (Freight Forwarding).
Strong understanding of air freight, ocean freight, sea freight forwarding concepts.
Ability to prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on complex shipping requirements.
