To support our growing operations, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible female candidate to manage import-related tasks for our USA office.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate with transporters, freight forwarders, and CHAs (Customs House Agents) in the USA. Handle all correspondence related to import shipments, including documentation, follow-ups, and logistics tracking. Manage the billing process, invoices, and payments for US-based imports. Maintain timely updates of shipment status and report to management. Ensure accurate and organized documentation for customs and internal use. Liaise with the India and US teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Requirements:
Female candidate only. Fluent in English - both verbal and written communication. Must be comfortable working night shifts(to align with US timings). Prior experience in import/export documentation or logistics coordination is preferred. Basic knowledge of import processes and billing is a plus. Must be organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Must have a stable internet connection.
